By creating an account or using Allata Money you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Allata Money is a personal financial planning tool. It models scenarios and long-range projections from information you provide or connect.

Not financial advice

Allata Money is an educational tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker, tax advisor or fiduciary, and nothing in the app is investment, tax or legal advice. Projections are estimates based on assumptions you choose; actual results will differ. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or wrong. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or resell access.

Connected accounts

Linking a financial institution is optional and read-only. By linking, you authorize us to retrieve account names, types, masks and balances through Plaid on your behalf. We do not initiate payments or transfers. You can unlink at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

• Free, Pro and CFO+ plans are available; paid plans bill monthly or yearly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
